Having had last week’s plans completely scotched by my son locking me in the attic, this week I shall fulfil a long-held ambition to play the complete works of Magma in a single episode of The European Perspective.

It’s another ‘bargain bucket’ show – new(ish) music from Mindgames, Univers Zero, Long Distance Calling, Mandalaband, Harvest and Eggs & Dogs (Tomas Bodin’s latest bizarrely-named side-project), a bit of a Rick Wakeman retrospective, and loads more besides.
Next week it’s back to the year-retrospectives with 1974 part 1.
